鳳城市斯恩特冶金輔助材料有限公司是從事耐火材料、冶金爐料生產(chǎn)和研發(fā)的企業(yè)、公司同時對外進行冶金技術(shù)的培訓(xùn)和輸出，是個能把冶金技術(shù)與冶金耐火材料有機結(jié)合的技術(shù)型企業(yè)。我公司現(xiàn)有冶金中高級技術(shù)人員5人，耐火材料中高級技術(shù)人員5人。生產(chǎn)工人50人，售后服務(wù)人員50人。我公司與遼寧科技大學(xué)、北京科技大學(xué)、武漢科技大學(xué)、中國冶金焦化耐火研究院、鞍鋼鋼鐵研究院等科研院校是合作單位。
我公司主要設(shè)計和生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)爐成套耐材、電弧爐成套耐材、鋼包成套耐材、AOD爐和RH爐成套耐材、中間包成套耐材、鐵水包和魚雷罐成套耐材、高爐用各類無水炮泥、礦熱爐爐底和出鐵口料、各類冶金合金包芯線和金屬絲。年產(chǎn)鎂碳磚、鋁鎂碳磚、鋁碳化硅碳磚、鎂鈣磚等磚2萬噸；預(yù)制件5千噸；鎂質(zhì)和鋁質(zhì)散裝材料2萬噸；炮泥1.5萬噸；包芯線和金屬絲2千噸。產(chǎn)品主要銷往鞍鋼集團、首鋼集團、河鋼集團、河北文豐鋼鐵集團、凌源鋼鐵集團、秦皇島安豐鋼鐵集團、秦皇島宏興集團、赤峰遠聯(lián)鋼鐵公司、烏蘭察布旭峰集團等。

Fengcheng SNTE metallurgical auxiliary materials Co.,LTD is an enterprise specializing in production and R&D of refractories and metallurgical charge. The company also conducts external training and output of metallurgical technology. It is a technical enterprise that can organically combine metallurgical technology and metallurgical refractories. There are 5 senior metallurgical technicians, 5 senior refractory technicians, 50 production workers and 50 after-sales service personnels. The company is collaborating with research institutes including Liaoning University of Science and Technology, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, China Metallurgical Coking and Refractory Research Institute, Angang Iron and Steel Research Institute, etc.
The company mainly designs and produces complete refractory for converter, electric arc furnace, ladle, AOD furnace, RH furnace, tundish, metal ladle and torpedo ladle, all kinds of waterless taphole clay for blast furnace, materials for submerged arc furnace bottom and taphole and various kinds metallurgical alloy cored wires and metal wires. The annual output includes 20,000 tons of magnesia carbon brick, alumina magnesia carbon brick, alumina silicon carbide carbon brick, magnesia calcium brick and other bricks, 5000 tons of prefabricated parts, 20000 tons of magnesia-based and alumina-based bulk materials, 15000 tons of taphole clay and 2000 tons of cored wires and metal wired. The products are mainly sold to Angang Group, Shougang Group, Hegang group, Hebei Wenfeng Iron and Steel Group, Lingyuan Iron and Steel Group, Qinhuangdao Anfeng Iron and Steel Group, Qinhuangdao Hongxing group, Chifeng Yuanlian Iron and Steel company, Ulanchab Xufeng Group, etcOur theme is to solve production problems for metallurgical enterprises.Our basic responsibility is to provide the users with excellent quality products.
